feat: Add TreeCanvas layout with visual branching and orchestration
Replaces NodeList + TreePreviewPanel with a single full-width canvas. Decision nodes branch horizontally; action/solution nodes flow vertically. Inline type picker adds nodes without modal interruption. Handles pending link resolution, inbound reference cleanup on delete, and selection sync.
