- Add pin() to pinnedFlowsApi
- Create pinnedFlowsStore (Zustand) — single source of truth for pin state
- Add dashboardMyFlowsView preference to userPreferencesStore
- Create usePaginationParams hook (URL-synced)
- Create useCachedQuota hook (5-min TTL)
- Sidebar uses pinnedFlowsStore instead of local state
