Summary

A team-wide activity feed showing: sessions started/completed, trees created/updated, custom steps shared, and the ability to comment on sessions ("Hey, next time try X instead"). @mentions and notifications.

Why

  • MSPs are teams, not individuals — knowledge sharing is where value compounds
  • Senior expertise currently lives in their heads
  • Activity feeds make institutional knowledge visible and enable peer learning
  • Transforms solo tool into team platform

  • Activity model: actor, action_type, target, metadata, timestamp
  • Feed UI on dashboard or dedicated page
