Add export format preference to user settings:

  • Add "Default Export Format" dropdown in settings (Markdown/Text/HTML)
  • Persist preference in localStorage
  • Use preference as default in export dialog
  • Dark mode toggle already complete ✅

Completed in PR #24. Implemented:

  • User preferences Zustand store with localStorage persistence
  • Settings page at /settings with export format dropdown
  • Default export format applied in SessionDetailPage
  • Theme toggle integrated in Settings page
