fix: design system v4 polish — home icon, mobile hamburger, contrast, font-label cleanup

refactor: replace hardcoded hex values with Tailwind semantic tokens
3,200+ hardcoded color values replaced with CSS variable-backed Tailwind classes (bg-card, text-foreground, border-border, etc.). Enables light mode via CSS variable swap. 72px icon rail with hover flyouts, pin-to-expand toggle (260px), keyboard accessible, mobile hamburger overlay. Flat TopBar styling (no blur/glass).
