Root cause: embedding generation could break the DB transaction via a failed
SQL statement. The except block caught the Python error but left the transaction
in a failed state. Subsequent queries (_record_usage → subscription lookup)
then failed with InFailedSQLTransactionError.
Fixes:
- session_embedding_service: use begin_nested() savepoint so failures don't
poison the parent transaction
- ai_sessions.py: add db.rollback() before _record_usage in all 3 error
handlers (create, respond, pickup) to recover from broken transactions

Replace fixed positioning with in-flow flex layout. The outermost div
is now a horizontal flex row: content column (flex-1 min-w-0) + panel
(w-[380px] shrink-0). When the panel opens, the content column
automatically shrinks — no padding hacks or z-index stacking needed.
This guarantees the content shifts left and stays fully visible.

form builder, two-panel step navigation, variable resolution, procedural

Server-side regex redaction masks IPs, emails, bearer/API tokens, and
UNC paths in exported session content. Redaction runs post-generation
and post-variable-resolution with fail-closed error handling. Frontend
gets a "Mask Sensitive Data" toggle in the export preview modal with
a summary of what was redacted. 24 unit tests passing, frontend build clean.
