9afaf37fb3 fix(l1): resolve PR #193 frontend review findings (2a,2b,3,4,5,7) 
Mounts L1EscalationsSection on EscalationQueuePage (Finding 2a — it was never
rendered) and renders the correct fields: step.question ?? step.text, timeAgo,
and the session problem_text (Finding 2b). ProposalDetail gates the /pilot link
on source_session_id and shows an L1-source block for l1_session_id-sourced
proposals (Finding 3 — was a broken /pilot/null link). Collapses the three
near-identical intake handlers into one runIntake: "Use this flow" now passes
near_miss.flow_id (Finding 4 — it previously re-suggested forever) and a
navigate guard prevents /l1/walk/undefined; out_of_scope gains a "Walk it
ad-hoc" button (Finding 5). Aligns L1-category permissions to owner+admin:
usePermissions.canManageAccount includes account admins, User.account_role TS
type gains 'admin', and a new ProtectedRoute requireAccountManager guard fronts
the route (Finding 7). Drops the unused NextNodeRequest.acknowledged field.

tsc -b + eslint + vite build clean.

cef853d7ea refactor: normalize FlowPilot/Assistant/ScriptBuilder to design system tokens 
Replace hardcoded Tailwind color utilities with semantic CSS variable tokens
across 31 files in the FlowPilot, Assistant Chat, and Script Builder feature
communities — the areas graphify identified as design-system-free.

- text-blue-400 → text-accent, bg-blue-500/10 → bg-accent-dim, border-blue-500/20 → border-accent/20
- text-amber-400 → text-warning, bg-amber-400/10 → bg-warning-dim, border-l-amber-500 → border-l-warning
- text-rose-400/500 → text-danger, bg-rose-500/10 → bg-danger-dim
- text-emerald-400 → text-success, bg-emerald-500/10 → bg-success-dim, border-l-emerald-500 → border-l-success
- bg-white/[0.08] → bg-elevated (opacity hack → semantic surface token)
- bg-gradient-to-r from-blue-500 to-blue-400 → bg-accent (no gradient surfaces)
- bg-[#60a5fa] → bg-accent (hard-coded hex removed)

Also adds graphify-out/ to .gitignore.

Theme resilience: accent color has changed twice in 5 weeks. Semantic tokens
mean the next change is a 1-line edit in index.css, not 110 grep-and-replace.

5ff9a9d75e feat: replace all hardcoded orange rgba with blue rgba 
Mechanical find-and-replace: rgba(249,115,22,...) → rgba(96,165,250,...)
across ~40 component and page files.

34b0f2ade9 fix: eliminate deprecated cyan, glass-border, and off-palette colors site-wide 
- Replace all rgba(6,182,212,...) cyan focus borders and accents with
  rgba(249,115,22,...) ember orange across 21+ component files
- Remove all var(--glass-border) references (undefined variable) with
  var(--color-border-default) across 24 files
- Remove deprecated blur orbs and glass-morphism effects from
  SurveyPage, SurveyThankYouPage, and LoginPage
- Migrate landing.css from hardcoded hex to CSS custom properties
  (~97 replacements for single-source theming)
- Fix off-palette grays in FlowPilotAnalyticsPage chart styling
  (#8891a0 → #848b9b, #18191f → var(--color-bg-card))
- Update stale comments: "cyan brand" → "accent brand" in GlowEdge,
  "gradient cyan square" → "gradient orange square" in BrandLogo
- Rename glow-cyan SVG filter ID to glow-accent
- Fix category color comment: "cyan" → "deep orange"

303a558432 refactor: replace hardcoded hex values with Tailwind semantic tokens 
3,200+ hardcoded color values replaced with CSS variable-backed
Tailwind classes (bg-card, text-foreground, border-border, etc.).
Enables light mode via CSS variable swap. Only syntax highlighting
colors and intentional one-offs remain hardcoded (~15 values).

9bad49d568 feat(knowledge-flywheel): add Phase 3 Knowledge Flywheel — AI analysis, review queue, analytics 
Phase 3 implementation:
- AI session analysis service that generates flow proposals from resolved sessions
- APScheduler job for batch processing pending analyses (max_instances=1)
- Knowledge gap detection (weak options, high escalation signals)
- Flow proposals CRUD with team admin review workflow (approve/edit/dismiss/reject)
- FlowPilot analytics dashboard with confidence tiers, PSA metrics, knowledge gaps
- In-session script generator component
- Review queue page with filtering and proposal detail panel

Bug fixes from review (12 total):
- Fix "Edit & Publish" navigating to non-existent /editor/new route
- Hide Approve button for enhancement proposals (require Edit & Publish)
- Add max_instances=1 to scheduler to prevent TOCTOU race
- Fix eventual_success case() double-counting failed retries
- Add tree_structure validation before creating tree from proposal
- Simplify script generator rendering condition
- Add severity style fallback, toFixed on rates, Link instead of <a href>
- Add toast.warning on dismiss failure, fix dedup for domain-less sessions
- Cast Decimal to int in knowledge gap evidence dicts

Also updates CLAUDE.md with lessons 67-71 and Phase 3 project structure.
