1c0f912cf6 perf: resize images server-side before sending to Claude vision 
- Resize to 1568px max (Claude's efficient ceiling) via Pillow
- Convert PNG screenshots to JPEG q85 (~5MB → ~200KB typical)
- Cap at 3 images per message (~4,800 token budget max)
- Graceful fallback if Pillow unavailable (Claude auto-resizes)
- Add Pillow + libjpeg/zlib deps to requirements + Dockerfile

2234594363 fix: use correct package name for gdk-pixbuf in Debian Trixie 
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev was renamed to libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-dev in Trixie
(python:3.12-slim base image).

b96cbab087 Run alembic migrations in Docker CMD 
Railway's releaseCommand wasn't executing, so run migrations
directly in the container startup command instead.

f6bc4b0e40 Add Railway deployment configuration 
- Add Dockerfiles for backend (FastAPI) and frontend (nginx)
- Add railway.toml configs with health checks
- Add .dockerignore files for optimized builds
- Update config.py to auto-convert Railway DATABASE_URL format
- Add FRONTEND_URL env var for production CORS
